Every Saxo-Didge is built to order in our workshop in Portugal. Delivery time covers both build time and transit to you.

Delivery timelines

• Typical order to delivery: about one month.
• Maximum order to delivery: 42 business days.
• Transit time: 3 to 5 business days, depending on your country.

If demand is high or a delay outside our control affects your order, we will contact you.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your instrument leaves the workshop.

No import duties within the EU

This store ships within the EU-27. There are no import duties or customs charges on orders delivered within the European Union.
